About Charles de Gaulle International Airport

Spanning over almost 33 square kilometers (12.50 sq miles) of land in the northeast of the French capital, Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is the country's premier aviation hub and prominent tourist destination. Its legendary history began in 1974 with the opening of the avant-garde Terminal 1 in Roissy-en-France, and it now offers 4 high-quality runways plus 3 modern terminal buildings packed into a convenient multi-level all-in-one structure.

Positionally, the airfield lies 24 km (14.9 miles) from Paris, allowing you to get from point A to point B within 45 minutes. The significant distance from urban development is due to the grandeur of the entire facility - it occupies three départements and six communes, namely:

Seine-Saint-Denis département, consisting of the only Tremblay-en-France commune, which hosts Terminals 2A/2B/2C/2D and Roissypôle complex.

Seine-et-Marne département, which includes Mauregard (Terminals 1/3), Mitry-Mory (Terminal 2G), and Le Mesnil-Amelot (Terminals 2E/2F and Satellites S3/S4) communes.

Val-d'Oise département that accommodates Épiais-lès-Louvres and Roissy-en-France communes.

The exact address of the airport is 95700 Roissy-en-France, France.
